TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments for hairdressing, cosmetic treatments, and diode laser hair removal can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our online booking tool. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via the online booking tool, by phone, or by email. Otherwise, we regret that we will have to charge the full amount for the appointment.
Treatment Time and Process
Our treatments are designed to provide optimal care and a personalized experience. Each appointment includes not only the treatment itself but also a short consultation and planning session to tailor the service to your needs and preferences.
Please arrive on time for your appointment so that we can offer you the best possible service.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in CHF. Payment is required immediately after the treatment and can be made in cash, by debit card, Twint, or credit card. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined.
Data Protection and Confidentiality
We are committed to treating all personal data and information collected during a treatment confidentially. This includes personal details, health-related information, and treatment histories.
These data are used exclusively for internal purposes and will not be shared with third parties, unless required by law or explicitly authorized by you.
Safety and Health
Our treatments, particularly diode laser hair removal with the Spark-Pro, are performed according to the highest quality and safety standards. However, it is the responsibility of the customer to inform us before the treatment about any existing health conditions, allergies, or intolerances.
We do not accept liability for undesired reactions due to individual skin sensitivities or contraindications. If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, we recommend seeking medical advice in advance.
Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions (T&C) is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Changes or additions to these T&C may be made at any time and will take effect immediately.
